Excellent growth trend in summer 2022 at Cuneo Airport, thanks to new flights activated

June 2022 marks an important milestone for the Cuneo airport as it continues with a sustained pace of growth in the summer of recovery. It closed with a transit of 17,608 passengers, which was more than 90,000 since the beginning of the year, exceeding the annual volumes for 2019.

The coming months will certainly be busier, and July sees the positive trend confirmed, thanks to excellent fill-ups and the number of weekly flights offered, which in the current season increased by 71 percent compared to the same period in 2021. In addition to the established routes, religious charters to Lourdes operated by Albastar on behalf of OFTAL are also returning after the pandemic.

To further facilitate the accessibility of passengers to/from the airport to major cities, a shuttle service has been launched, offering the ability to get around by booking in a few simple steps through the Moeves App.
