Società di Gestione dell’Aeroporto di Cuneo – Levaldigi (GEAC) S.p.A. is administered by a Board of Directors consisting of five to seven members including the Chairman, as determined by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting. The Directors remain in office for the time determined by the Shareholders ‘Meeting at the time of their appointment, within a maximum limit of three financial years and expire on the date of the Shareholders’ Meeting called to approve the financial statements relating to the last year of their office.
The current members of the Company’s administrative body were appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 30/06/2025 and their three-year term will expire in 2028, on the date of approval of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2027.
