NOTICE OF SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR THE AWARD OF INSURANCE CONSULTING AND BROKERAGE SERVICE TO THE AIRPORT OF CUNEO – LEVALDIGI (GEAC) S.P.A. 2022 – 2025

  2. Award procedure: negotiated negotiation after unofficial bidding in accordance with Art. 238, para. 7, of LD. 12.04.2006, n. 163 and in accordance with paragraph 8 of Art. 36 of Legislative Decree. 50/2016.
  3. Subject of the tender: awarding the contract for the provision of insurance consulting and brokerage services to Cuneo-Levaldigi Airport (GEAC) S.p.A.
  4. The tender amount: the total amount calculated for the entire contract period including any extension, i.e. 3 years + 3 years, is estimated at €. 30,000.00 (Eurostrentamila/00) excluding VAT.

The maximum commission rate applicable for the brokerage service is 10% (ten percent)

  1. General, economic-financial and technical-organizational requirements necessary for participation:
  • Have brokered, in the three-year period 2018/2021, insurance premiums worth not less than €. 1,500,000.00 to Local Public Bodies, Companies and/or Public Enterprises concessionaires of public services located in the national territory;
  • Have performed, during the three-year period 2018/2021, insurance brokerage services for airport operator liability policies, compliant with ENAC requirements, on behalf of airport operators;
  • Registration with the Register of Insurance and Reinsurance Intermediaries referred to in Art. 109 of Legislative Decree. 209/2005.
  1. Contract award crit erion: the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
  2. Deadline for the receipt of requests for questioning, the manner in which they should be submitted, and the address to which they should be sent: Requests for questioning must be received no later than 12 of the day 08.2022, including by PEC, to the Principal’s Management Secretariat at the address in 1 above.
  3. Documentation to be attached to the request for interpellation to prove that the requirements in item 5 are met:
  • Declaration in lieu of affidavit prepared in accordance with Articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 with copy of the subscriber’s identity document attached.
  1. Data processing: the data collected will be processed, in accordance with D.Lgs. n. 196/2003 and EU Regulation 2016/679, exclusively in the context of this tender process.
  2. Person in charge of the Procedure: the person in charge of the Procedure is Dr. Anna Maria MILANESE, General Manager of Cuneo-Levaldigi Airport (GEAC) S.p.A.
