PROCEDURE FOR SUBLICENSING HANGAR SPACE
1) GEAC Spa, Cuneo Airport Management Company, based in Levaldigi, S.P. 20 No. 1, 12038, tel. 0172-741500 – fax. 0172-741535 (hereinafter referred to as the “Concessionaire” or “Geac”), announces that it intends to identify the party to whom it will sub-concession the following areas, located at the “Sea Alps” Airport in Cuneo, to be used for the operation of aircraft storage and maintenance:
– n. 2 Hangar spaces located at the air-side area, so-called South Hangar, total area 2,500 square meters (hereinafter the “Areas”).
2) The handover of the Areas referred to in Article No. 1 above to the sub-concessionaire awarded the selection, for the setting up of the same, will take place within 7 (seven) days after the final award.
Outfitting-where necessary-will be the full responsibility and expense of the Sub-concessionaire, who will have no claim against GEAC regarding the investment incurred.
3) General and technical requirements:
On the bid submission date, the carrier must document that it meets the following requirements:
- COA (Air Operator Certificate) issued by the competent authority of a member state in accordance with EU regulations – valid;
- Air transport operating license issued by the competent authority of a member state in accordance with EC Regulation No. 1008/2008 – current;
- Availability (owned and/or dry-lease and/or wet-lease) throughout the duration of the sub-concession, of an adequate number of aircraft[1] – with minimum capacity characteristics suitable to operate scheduled/passenger/commercial flights scheduled from Cuneo Airport – in the minimum number of 2 (two);
- Existence of an EASA PART 145-certified organization capable of demonstrating that it can perform aviation maintenance activities on aircraft.
It is specified that the use and participation in the procedure in temporary groupings of companies are not permitted.
4) Companies interested in participating in the selection process, possessing the minimum requirements set forth in Article 3 above, must submit their bids, by PEC to geacspa@legalmail.it no later than
no later than 12:00 noon on July 3, 2023.

After the deadline indicated above, no other request will be considered valid.
The Bid must contain, under penalty of exclusion, the following documentation, subsequently verifiable, signed by the company’s legal representative with appropriate powers:
- Application for participation, complete with all company identification data.
- Statement of possession of general requirements under Art. 80 of Legislative Decree. 50/2016.
- Documentation proving the requirements of Art. 3.
It should be noted that the declarations indicated above must be made pursuant to art. 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree 445/2000
5) The award criterion for the awarding of the Areas referred to in Article no. above. 1 will be determined with the parameter of the priority for submitting the application.
6) The sub-granting of the Areas referred to in Article 1 above shall be governed by the relevant Contract with a term of 36 months, renewable for an additional 36 months.
7) GEAC reserves the right to invite applicants to clarify or complete the declarations and documents presented.
8) GEAC reserves the right to award the selection even in the presence of only one valid offer.
9) GEAC reserves the right to cancel or revoke the procedure at any time, not to award and/or enter into the contracts in question, without incurring liability and/or actions for damages even under Articles 1337 and1338 of the Civil Code.
10) It is informed that, pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03, the personal data provided by participants in the tender are collected only for the purposes inherent in this procedure and, in case of eventual award, for the management of the sub-concession contracts.
Competitors and successful bidders will have the right to exercise all the rights referred to in art. 7 of the aforementioned Decree.
