NOTICE OF SELECTION OF “SECURITY COMPANY” PURSUANT TO DM 85/99 and DM 23/2000 FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF SECURITY SERVICES IN THE AIRPORT SURVEILLANCE, NIGHT PATROL AND VEHICLE INSPECTION AND CONTROL ROOM MANAGEMENT AT THE AIRPORT OF CUNEO
1) GEAC Spa Cuneo Airport Management Company, based in Levaldigi, S.P. 20 n1 12038, announces that it intends to identify the party or parties to whom it will entrust the
carrying out surveillance, night patrol and vehicle inspection services and management of
control room.
2) The assignment of the services of the previous article 1 to the sub concessionaire awarded the
selection will take place from 1 October 2021. The preparation, where necessary, will be at the total care and expense of the Sub concessionaire, who can claim nothing from GEAC in relation to the investment made.
3) The minimum conditions required for participation in the selection are the following:
a) Possession of the requisites referred to in art. 34 of Legislative Decree 163/2006 and which are not found in the cases of
exclusion pursuant to art. 38 of the same Legislative Decree.
b) having achieved a specific turnover for carrying out airport security services as per
Ministerial Decree 85/99 in the last three years (2017-2018-2019) of Euro 3,500,000 and in the financial year 2019 a
annual turnover not less than Euro 1,000,000 It should be noted that participation in the procedure in temporary groupings of companies is allowed.
4) The companies interested in participating in the selection procedure, in possession of the minimum requirements indicated in the previous article 3, must send their offer, written in Italian, by PEC geacspa@leagalmail.it or by direct delivery no later than the 12 noon on 20 August 2021 at the following address:

The offer must be sent in a closed envelope, bearing on the outside, in addition to the name and address
of the company, the words “SELECTION of SECURITY COMPANY AT THE AIRPORT of
WEDGE”.
After the deadline indicated above, no other request will be considered valid. The delivery of the offer therefore remains at the sole risk of the sender. The package must contain, under penalty of exclusion, the following documentation, subsequently verifiable, signed by the legal representative of the company with suitable powers:
c) participation request, complete with all company identification data
d) declaration of possession of the general requirements referred to in art. 38 of Legislative Decree 163/2006.
e) Declaration attesting that the competitor has achieved a specific turnover for the
carrying out airport security services pursuant to Ministerial Decree 85/99 in the last three years (2017-2018-
2019) of Euro 3,500,000 and in the financial year 2019 an annual turnover of not less than Euro 1,000,000
f) Technical / qualitative offer
g) Economic offer
h) Declaration certifying the consolidated experience of airport security services
It should be noted that the declarations indicated above must be made pursuant to art. 46 and 47 DPR
445/2000
5) The award criterion for the tender relating to the sub-concession of the previous article no. 1 will be
determined with the parameter of the most economically advantageous offer. The evaluation of the offers received and the attribution of the relative scores will be carried out by a Judging Commission based on the following evaluation indices:
A) TECHNICAL / QUALITATIVE OFFER: max. 40 points overall based on the following
documentation:
1) document relating to the characteristics and organization of the service
2) general management project
B) ECONOMIC OFFER: max. 35 points overall
1) price based on the auction: Euro 19.50 per hour / GPG, net of VAT. Offers must
be presented at a discount.
The security services of surveillance, night patrol and inspection and the management of control
room must be carried out in accordance with the Airport Security Program.
C) CONSOLIDATED EXPERIENCE at national and international level of security services
airport: max. 25 points
The envelopes will be opened and evaluated by GEAC SPA at 2 pm on 23 August 2021
6) The sub-concession of the services referred to in article 1 will be governed by the relative Contract for the duration of
12 months.
7) GEAC reserves the right to invite applicants to clarify or complete the declarations and
documents submitted.
8) GEAC reserves the right to award the selection even in the presence of only one valid offer.
9) GEAC reserves the right to cancel or revoke the procedure at any time, not to
award and / or stipulate the contracts in question without incurring liability and / or request actions
damages not even pursuant to art. 1337 and 1338 of the civil code.
It should be noted that the reference to the provisions of Legislative Decree 163/06 does not imply the applicability to this procedure,
not even by analogy, of the provisions contained therein unless expressly referred to.
10) The sub-concessionaire reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in progress as long as
one of the following reasons occurs:
– for reasons of force majeure or of public interest;
– non-fulfillment of the contractual object, as specified in point 1 of this letter.
11) We inform you that pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 the personal data provided by the participants in the race
they are collected only for the purposes related to this procedure and, in the event of a possible award, for the management of sub-concession contracts.
Competitors and successful bidders will have the right to exercise all the rights referred to in art. 7 of the Decree
quoted.
