  2. Award procedure: <\/strong>negotiated negotiation after unofficial bidding in accordance with Art. 238, para. 7, of LD. 12.04.2006, n. 163 and in accordance with paragraph 8 of Art. 36 of Legislative Decree. 50\/2016.<\/li>\n
  3. Subject of the tender: <\/strong>awarding the contract for the provision of insurance consulting and brokerage services to Cuneo-Levaldigi Airport (GEAC) S.p.A.<\/li>\n
  4. The tender amount: the <\/strong>total amount calculated for the entire contract period including any extension, i.e. 3 years + 3 years, is estimated at \u20ac. 30,000.00 (Eurostrentamila\/00) excluding VAT.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The maximum commission rate applicable for the brokerage service is 10% (ten percent)<\/strong><\/p>\n
