\n The child up to 2 years of age does not have a seat on board, but must travel on the lap of an adult. You therefore benefit from a lower rate and a special baggage allowance for the free transport of your essentials (stroller, baby bottle, diapers, etc.) up to a maximum of 5 kg. The child from 2 to 12 years, despite having the right to a reduced rate (about 67% of the adult) and a baggage allowance equal to that of an adult, is entitled to a seat entirely for himself.<\/span>\n <\/p>\n \n All airlines operating in Italy must guarantee, from the booking \/ purchase stage of the air ticket, children between the ages of 2 and 12 traveling with their parents or with at least one accompanying adult in the same class, assignment of seats close to the parents or accompanying person, at no additional cost.
